Crime Stoppers of Northwestern Ontario and Northern Minnesota is giving away great Crime Stopper’s gear just for joining us on Facebook!

Contest rules and regulations are posted below but you simply need to log into your Facebook account and become a fan of Crime Stoppers.  A couple times a week, we’ll make a random draw and hand out the prizes.  We’ll contact you through Facebook so we can gather the pertinent coordinates to get your prize to you.

  • The CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO FACEBOOK contest runs from 12:00 PM CST on Wednesday, April 8, 2010 to 11:59 PM on Monday, June 7, 2010.
  • No purchase is necessary to enter the contest.
  • All contest entries must be received before the Contest Closing Date of Monday, June 7, 2010 at 11:59 PM. CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO accepts no responsibility and will not be liable for entries that are not received, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or illegible for whatever reason, including without limitation, due to computer or cellular network or other system interruption, malfunction, failure or breakdown of any kind or duration. CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO reserves the right in its absolute discretion, without any liability to any contest entrant, to withdraw or modify the contest should any of CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO’s systems or its network be adversely affected by any virus or other similar destructive agent during the Contest Period.
  • Judges will be appointed by CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO. The judges’ decision will be final. The Contest winners will be selected throughout the Contest duration up until Friday, February 19th, 2010 at 11:59 pm in Kenora. Chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Winners will be contacted via Facebook.
  • Prizes will be accepted as awarded and substitutions are not allowed.
  • The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO shall be the sole judge and decision maker regarding any dispute regarding the application or interpretation of the Contest Rules or any other aspect of the Contest and CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO’s judgment or decision shall be final.
  • CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO retains the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel this Contest.
  • CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO retains the right in its sole and absolute discretion to change for any reason the start and/or end dates of the Contest.
  • The Contest is subject to all applicable laws.
How To Enter

Anyone who is a CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO Facebook Fan Page member is eligible to win CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO merchandise.  All Facebook entries must be received no later than Monday, June 7, 2010 at 11:59 PM. Only one entry per person is permitted.

 This contest is open to Canadian and American residents only who are 11 years of age or older except:

  • Board members and employees of CRIME STOPPERS OF NORTHWESTERN ONTARIO, its affiliates and their immediate families (or persons with whom they are domiciled)
