Crime Stoppers and the Ontario Provincial Police are looking to for information regarding an arson at the Pickle Lake Community Hall on Koval Street in Pickle Lake. Early in the morning of Friday (around 2:40 am), June 14th, police were called and a fire had been set to the front of the building.
The actions of a passerby helped save the building but considerable damage was done to the face of the building. Police believe the fire was set in a garbage can. Fortunately no one was in the building and no one was hurt.
Police continue to look for suspects and information.
