Missing Persons
Missing Female Adult - August 28th 1992
35yr Janice Howe
left her parent's home in Fort Garry, Manitoba driving her father's blue coloured 1985 Oldsmobile Ciera. She has never been seen or heard from since.
The following morning August 29th 1992, the Ontario Provincial Police located the car abandoned on Hwy 17 approximately 40 kilometres east of Kenora. There was no sign of Janice Howe. It is confirmed that the vehicle travelled 300 kilometres further than it would take to drive from Fort Garry to the location of the car's abandonment. Based on this and other details, foul play could be a possibility in Janice Howe's disappearance.
Janice Howe was 5ft 3" tall, and weighed 110lbs-130lbs with shoulder length light brown hair the last time she was seen.
