- Sexual Assault - Northwest Angle #33 First Nation - July 4th 2006
A female victim in her early 30's was picked up by a blue pickup truck with two male occupants near Sioux Narrows. She was taken to an area down a back road where one male held a knife to her neck and the other suspect sexually assaulted her.

- Sexual Assault - Sioux Lookout - July 5th 2005
During the early morning hours a lone female victim in her early 30s was attacked and sexually assaulted as she walked alone northbound on the sidewalk of 72 Highway in the area of Pelican Bridge in Sioux Lookout. The attacker is described as a large male with brown shoes and a black leather jacket at the time of this very serious attack.

- Mugging - Pinecrest Home, Kenora - December 13th 2006
A male in his late teens or early twenties, approximately 5ft 4" - 5ft 5", slim build - armed with a knife stole an amount of cash from a female victim in the rear parking lot at Pinecrest Home on Valley Drive in Kenora around 7am in the morning. The suspect was wearing a dark ski-mask, dark sweater and grey hoodie with the hood pulled up at the time of the attack.
- Mugging - 9th Street North, Kenora - September 4th 2006
A female victim was confronted by a First Nation female with a white tshirt and black shorts pushed the victim and demanded her money. Upon taking a small amount of cash and a diamond and opal ring, the suspect fled the scene.

- Sexual Assault - Young Street, Red Lake - Saturday July 21, 2007
During the late evening of Saturday, July 21, 2007, a female
victim was sexually assaulted on the parking lot of a Young Street business.
The male assailant is described as being in his 20's, approximately 6 feet
tall, and had dark brown hair with blond highlights.

- Violent Attack - 7th Street Bridge, Kenora - February 23rd, 2008
During the afternoon of Saturday, February 23rd in the area of the 7th Street bridge in Kenora a teenager was approached by two males unknown to him. One of the males attempted to initiate a fight with the teenager for reasons unknown, and when unsuccessful in this provocation, this same male head butted, pushed to the ground, and kicked the teenager. The second male who accompanied the attacker attempted to stop the attack but was unsuccessful.
The attacked is described as being First Nations, approximately 30 years of age, 6’0 tall, heavy set, and was wearing a black jacket, light blue jeans, a ball cap and sunglasses at the time of the attack. The second male in company of the attacker is described of being First Nations as well with shoulder length hair and wearing a green jacket at the time.

- Uttering Threats - International Falls - March 4 - March 5, 2008
During the late afternoon of March 4th, someone believed to be a young male, left death threats on the voicemail system of the Falls High School in International Falls, and on March 5th, 2008 at approximately 11:26 am a second threat was received at the high school.
The second threat left on the high school voicemail threatened a bomb attack on the school, and is believed to have been left by the same young male person who left the first death threat.
